Sofarma Compounding Medicines

Sofarma Group's compounding medicines are prepared by Farmácia Vitália, one of the group's pharmacies with the greatest tradition and recognition in the production of compounding. All formulations are produced by specialized pharmacists in a certified laboratory, fully complying with the standards and guidelines issued by Infarmed, ensuring maximum quality, safety, and technical rigor.

Orders can be placed through the form available on this page, via WhatsApp at +351 915 239 913, or by email to manipulados@sofarma.pt. Upon receipt of the request, Farmácia Vitália validates the prescription and begins the preparation process.

The estimated delivery time is up to 48 hours, upon consultation, and there may be exceptions related to production time, formulation complexity, availability of raw materials, or the volume of orders in the laboratory. Before final confirmation, the customer will be informed of the delivery forecast and any particularity associated with the respective compounding.

Deliveries can be made to both end customers and other pharmacies, subject to geographical availability and prior confirmation.

The sale of medicines over the internet and their respective shipping are subject to strict legislation and permanent control, primarily to ensure user safety. For this reason, the collection, preparation, and shipping of compounding medicines are handled exclusively by Farmácia Vitália. In accordance with current legislation, our medicine delivery remains limited to the areas covered by the Sofarma Group pharmacies, including Greater Porto, Penafiel, and Braga.
